Planning a hens can be plenty of fun, but it can also be hard to cater to everyone. From parents and grandparents to friends, you want an event everyone can have a little fun at. For this reason my friends planned a high tea hens that started at home, where everyone was invited.

High Tea Hens
Everyone was asked to wear red on the big day. It looked amazing, with a sea of red dresses and outfits. As the bride-to-be I had the option to wear a different colour and stand out, but I chose to follow suit in red!
The high tea part was fun to plan. It just meant putting together lots of food to go alongside the flowing alcohol. We chose:
Where possible, they were made red to fit in with the theme!


Hens Games
There was plenty of fun to be had with some of the more ‘traditional’ games:
- Toilet paper bride: each team gets a roll of toilet paper and have to turn one of their members into a bride to parade in front of everyone at the end. The bride-to-be gets to pick the winner.
- Dick cards: an entire deck of cards with… dicks. There were endless games with this one.
